This October 3rd-4th in New York City, digitalundivided brings together diverse startups, innovative companies like Facebook, Google, AMEX and Microsoft, and top investors from firms like Andreessen Horowitz, Comcast Ventures, Box Group, Gen Y Capital, Techstars, and more for the most diverse tech conference on the planet.

Over 80% of FOCUS100 speakers are women and/or people of color.

Global Mobile Hack is a hackathon which focuses on the development of applications that improve the lives of urban communities around the globe, using APIs from companies such as Google, Pearson, and more.

Gems dropped for days, at our Startup Bootcamp. Our startup bootcamp was an intensive day-long workshop for tech-based startups interested in positioning their companies for funding and strategic partnerships. Our hackathon was dedicated to creating innovative ways to increase access to data/information on mobile platforms in urban communities around the world. FOCUS100 2012

FOCUS100 2012 reach 3.7 million individuals, with 47 Million (yes million) impressions. Just to give you a comparison, Techcrunch Disrupt NYC generated 48 million impressions, with over 1,000 attendees

Over 45 tech companies founded/co-founded by black women attended FOCUS100 2012 at Ogilvy Headquarters in NYC, becoming our first class of FOCUS Fellows. Every fellow received 2, 1 hour mentorship sessions with investors and leaders from major organizations like Microsoft, Facebook, Andreessen Horowitz, Victoria's Secret, BlogHer, Ogilvy, and Macys.

For those observing Yom Kippur: Unfortunately, FOCUS100 2014 falls on the same weekend as Yom Kippur. digitalundivided wants to make sure those who are observing the holiday are able to engage in the conference, so we will be providing videos of all FOCUS sessions to those who are unable to attend due to Yom Kippur. The FOCUS Fellow Program

FOCUS Fellows are exceptional founders of tech enabled companies who just happen to be black women. Each Fellow completes an extensive application process and receives additional guidance in the development of their companies.

This year the fellowship will run from September 30th-October 5th and is open to early stage, but developed (companies who have raised less than $50k in funding) tech based companies founded/co-founded by black women. digitalundivided provides transportation (in continental US), room & board, mentorship, year pass to online community and an all access pass to FOCUS100 for 8 fellows in exchange for a small equity position.
